- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings
- Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and enhance outcomes
- Identify skills gaps and support professional development through coaching and training
- Address challenges proactively and ensure solutions are implemented effectively
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in field sales and marketing.
- Good communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
