As a Team Leader Executive, your mission is to lead, energize, and elevate your team’s performance. You’ll be responsible for setting direction, clearing obstacles, and fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and daily support to a team, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, offering constructive feedback and recognition as needed
- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings
- Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and enhance outcomes
- Identify skills gaps and support professional development through coaching and training
- Address challenges proactively and ensure solutions are implemented effectively
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in field sales and marketing.
- Good communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
