Job Description
Job Title: Team Leader- Field sales
We are hiring a Team Leader- Field sales to lead and support our on-ground sales team. This role is about helping the team reach more customers, sell our products or services, and grow our presence in different areas. You’ll guide your team, track results, and make sure our work is smooth and goal-focused.
You will:
- Supervise and guide sales staff working outside the office
- Set clear targets and help the team meet them
- Visit customers to support sales and build trust
- Train new team members and coach existing ones
- Plan work routes and customer visits
- Check daily reports and share feedback with higher management
- Handle field issues and support the team with solutions
- Make sure rules and company policies are followed during field work
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 2 to 6 years of sales experience, with time spent managing others
- Be confident in leading and encouraging a team
- Know how to talk well and build customer relationships
- Stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines
- Graduate candidate required
- Local candidate is mandatory
