Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader for Sales Manager to promote banking products, including accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and follow-ups.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and address client inquiries.
- Stay updated on banking products to provide accurate information.
- Coordination between all the Sales Supports Departments.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 to 4 Years experience in outside sales, field sales
- Excellent communication
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
