Experience: Minimum 3–6 years (Health Insurance experience mandatory)
Qualification: Any Graduate / preferred
CTC: Up to 5.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader from the Health Insurance industry to lead a team of sales professionals. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, guiding the team, and ensuring business growth through effective leadership and market engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives/advisors to achieve health insurance business targets.
- Drive sales of health insurance products through direct and channel sales.
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members for improved productivity.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of individual and team goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide performance feedback to team members.
- Analyze local market potential and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in Health Insurance sales and team handling.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
- Strong knowledge of local market and customer behavior.
- Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
