Team Leader in Field Sales

Job Description

To guide and inspire a group of sales associates in accomplishing company goals, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader in Field Sales.

Principal Duties:

• Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, including agents, brokers, and bancassurance partners.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets through channel partners.
• Establish measurable sales goals and inspire the group to meet or beyond them.
• Create and put into action sales tactics to increase income.
• Work together with top management to match company objectives with sales targets.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Mandatory
• Two or more years of sales experience
• The capacity to recognize obstacles
• Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking.
