Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to join our growing team in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills with experience in field sales, insurance, or BFSI sector. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives or Advisors
- Drive business targets through team performance
- Conduct regular field visits and sales audits
- Generate leads and ensure conversions through effective strategies
- Maintain daily reports, MIS, and performance dashboards
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff
- Ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile: - Minimum 2 years of team handling experience in Sales or Insurance
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Local candidates preferred
