Job summary:
We are hiring a Team Leader to manage a sales team under the agency channel. The role focuses on building a productive agent base, driving insurance sales, and ensuring strong local market penetration. Prior field experience and local Delhi knowledge are musts.
Role Responsibilities:
- Hire and lead a team of insurance advisors for life insurance products.
- Support and coach agents to achieve consistent sales results.
- Conduct regular field visits for joint calls and business development.
- Achieve monthly business targets and ensure team productivity.
- Drive agent activation and long-term engagement.
- Maintain reports on sales performance and daily team updates.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
- Resident of Delhi or nearby areas.
- Excellent team coordination and leadership skills.
- Strong follow-up and communication ability.
