We are seeking a motivated Team Leader to drive sales and lead a team of insurance advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and manage the team to achieve sales goals
  • Foster strong relationships with customers
  • Ensure compliance with industry policies and regulations

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in team leadership within the insurance industry (preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
