- Assign tasks, track performance, and provide regular feedback
- Solve problems within the team and guide team members when needed

- Encourage teamwork and keep the team motivated
- Handle customer or client escalations when required
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or supervisory position
- Ability to lead a team and handle them
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Graduate in any stream Required
