Job Description
You lead a team of insurance sales agents/advisors. Your job is to help them sell life insurance policies, meet targets, train them, and ensure good customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of life insurance agents/advisors
- Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets for the team
- Motivate and guide the team to meet targets
- Join sales calls or field visits when needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
