Job Description

This is to inform you that we have openings for Team Handling profile for RJ.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and partners.
• Research local markets to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Generate leads through field visits and local partnerships.
• Help junior executives meet their targets.
• Attend review meetings and give input.
• Prepare weekly sales reports.

What We Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales
• Self-motivated with a passion for meeting targets.
• Good communication skills.
• Local candidates preferred (Rajasthan).
• CTC: Up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Bonuses
