Team Leader – Sales

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to oversee and mentor a team within our insurance operations. This role involves managing daily activities, ensuring high performance, and driving team engagement while meeting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of insurance professionals to achieve performance targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance team skills.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Analyze team metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of experience in sales or financial services, with at least 1 year in a leadership role/ BFSI.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvement.
