Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Team Leader to manage a team of sales executives and drive revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and support a team of sales executives.
- Assign sales targets and monitor daily team performance.
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and group goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Help the team handle customer queries and close sales.
- Track sales data and prepare reports for management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
