Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Team Leader to lead a group of sales executives, drive performance, and achieve business goals. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for sales.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve daily/weekly targets
• Motivate and coach team members to improve performance and productivity
• Monitor individual and team sales activities regularly
• Conduct team meetings, share updates, and align on goals
• Train new team members on sales processes and product knowledge
• Support the team in field visits or customer meetings when needed

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
