Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader – Sales to join our BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.

– Conduct regular team meetings and sales training sessions.

– Report sales performance and market insights to management.

– Set sales targets and monitor team performance.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in sales, preferably in BFSI

– Bachelor’s degree preferred

– Strong leadership

– Team management skills
