Job Summary:
A Team Leader/ Sales Manager is responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and oversee the overall sales performance of an organization.
This involves tasks like hiring, training, and coaching sales representatives, setting quotas, analyzing sales data, and building strong customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Inspire and motivate sales representatives to achieve their goals, provide ongoing support and feedback, and address performance issues.
- Evaluate individual and team performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity.
Address and resolve conflicts within the sales team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. - Develop and implement sales plans, including territory assignments, quota setting, and sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Prepare and manage sales budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in (Any field)
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization (If experienced)
