Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives
• Assign daily targets and monitor performance
• Support team members in field sales activities
• Drive lead conversion and business growth
• Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–5 years of field sales experience
• Prior team handling experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
