Job Description

Position: Team Leader – Sales (Madhya Pradesh)

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Sales / BFSI / Insurance / Banking sector with team handling exposure
Qualification: Any Graduate or above
CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
Location: Across Madhya Pradesh (Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, , etc.)
Preference: Local candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train & lead a team of field sales executives/advisors
• Motivate and guide team to achieve business targets
• Generate business through team and individual efforts
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper reporting, review, and daily performance tracking

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in BFSI / Life Insurance preferred
• Target-oriented and good people management ability
