Job Description
A Team sales Executive lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analysing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Recruit a team of highly motivated financial advisors and consultants from the open market.
- schedule and provide a training to your team regarding products and opportunities to working with the organisations
- Motivate and support your team to generate a leads of prospective customers
- Drive a business together with your team to close those leads by selling life insurance
- Review your team performance and mentor them as per their capacity
- Sourcing a business through your team and customers by providing support of sales and services.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
- Should possess good communication & presentation skills,
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Background – BFSI industry is a bonus.
