Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Team Sales Leader to manage, guide, and motivate a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will drive team performance, ensure target achievement, and help grow business in the assigned region.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
- Provide training, motivation, and on-field support to the team
- Plan and execute daily/weekly sales activities and area coverage
- Help team with lead generation, pitching, and closing deals
- Report sales progress and team updates to senior management
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
