Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Team Sales Leader to manage and lead a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the team to meet sales targets, developing effective strategies, and ensuring high levels of team productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team
- Motivate and coach team members to improve performance
- Track individual and team KPIs and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and field visits
- Support team members in client meetings and deal closures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in ANY field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in team management
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve results
