Job Description

TekPillar is looking for an ambitious and motivated Business Development Manager . You will represent the business in public and possess the commitment necessary to develop and implement a successful sales plan. The objective is to increase sales and build solid client connections in order to generate sustainable financial growth.

Roles and Responsibilities::

  • Recruit, Train and motivate your team mates Work as a leader for your team
  • Monitoring team performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • EnsuringflowofknowledgeskillandtrainingfromcompanytoTMandExecutiveslevels.
  • Maintain and develop good relationship with existing retailers.
    Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to improve your product’s sales
    They assess the needs of a business, implement training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2 years of field sales experience + 2 years in BFSI field
  • Staying in the same city for more than 4 years
  • Good stability.
  • Graduated in any field
  • Having best ability to leading team generation
