Team sales manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Sales Manager to lead our sales team to achieve exceptional results!

Responsibilities:-

• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base
• Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions with team members to improve sales performance and address areas of improvement
• Set goals, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team and track progress against these metrics
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects to identify new business opportunities
• Identify and address sales process inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure alignment and effective communication

Candidate requirements:-

• Any graduate
• Any local candidate
• Experience :- field sales and  marketing of insurance/ BFSI
• Age :- 21-38 years
