Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals—and help the team crush them.
- Monitor team performance and coach individuals for improvement.
- Identify training needs and organize regular workshops or sessions.
- Drive new customer acquisition and ensure top-notch client satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing to create smart sales strategies.
Candidate requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
- Age 21 to 38 years.
