Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Team Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives in achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, team leadership, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities and oversee client acquisition and retention
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive performance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
