Position: Life Insurance Team Sales Manager
CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a result-driven professional to develop and implement sales strategies, recruit and train sales teams, build client relationships, and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement sales strategies
• Lead and mentor sales advisors
• Maintain client satisfaction and retention
• Monitor market trends and adapt plans
• Report performance to management

Eligibility:

• Graduate degree; MBA advantageous
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with 6 months in insurance team management
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Two-wheeler and a valid license required
