Job Description

Summary:
We are looking for a Team Sales Officer to handle and guide a sales team. The role is to achieve sales targets, support team members, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, guide, and support sales team members.
• Help the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Generate new leads and build good customer relations.
• Motivate and train the team for better performance.
• Check team performance and share reports with seniors.
• Work with other departments to improve sales results.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in sales (insurance/finance is a plus).
• Good team-handling and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and customer-handling ability.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
