Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and meet sales targets by effectively leading the sales team
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives and financial advisors
- Inspire and guide the team to achieve individual and team goals
- Explore opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products
- Handle month-end and year-end sales closure activities
- Engage in fieldwork to maximize customer outreach and business potential
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Age should not be more than 38 year
- Two-wheelers are mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- candidate must have knowledge of the local market
- Graduation is mandatory
