Job Title: Territory Development Executive – Sales Leadership 

Location: Noida – UP

Employment Type: Full-time

CTC: Up to ₹3.50 LPA + Incentives

Job Summary:

Join our fast-growing life insurance sales team as a Territory Development Executive. You’ll lead local sales efforts, mentor a field team, and ensure consistent business delivery. We’re seeking local candidates with strong field experience and leadership traits.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and hire local sales talent
  • Train them in consultative insurance selling
  • Support client visits and policy closures
  • Drive monthly performance and targets
  • Maintain ethical sales practices and customer focus
  • Build a strong brand presence in your area

Requirements:

  • Graduate with a completed degree
  • At least 2 years of field sales experience
  • Candidate must be from the local area
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently
