Job Description

We are in search of a driven Life Insurance Sales Manager to lead our team, formulate strategies, increase revenue, and guarantee excellent customer service and compliance.

Responsibilities:

– To achieve goals and increase revenue, develop and implement sales programs.

– Hire, develop, and oversee a productive sales force.

– Create and preserve a solid rapport with your clients to increase happiness and retention.

– Stay abreast of market developments and modify your tactics as necessary.

– Make sure that industry rules are followed, and give senior management performance reports on a regular basis.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

– Sales experience of at least one year

– Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

– A bike and a valid driving license are mandatory.
