Job Description

We are hiring an ambitious Agency Manager to recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents/advisors to drive insurance sales and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

– Hire and train consultants for insurance

– Motivate and train the group to meet sales targets.

– Keep an eye on advisor performance and assist them in closing deals.

– Encourage the selling of insurance products (general, health, and life).

– Maintain strong team involvement and conduct reviews on a regular basis.

Requirements:

– Graduate preferred

– Minimum 2+ years in insurance or agency/channel sales

– Strong leadership and communication skills

– Sales-driven mindset
