Territory Executive – Sales

Job Description

This role in involves sourcing, mentoring, and leading a team to promote life insurance policies. Success in this role is measured through client acquisition, retention, and sales performance.

Roles and Responsibilities :

– In the field, interact with customers and advertise goods and services.

– Reach monthly and quarterly sales goals.

– Establish and preserve a solid rapport with your clients.

– Give frequent market input and sales updates.

– Find fresh commercial prospects in the region.

Profile of the required candidate:

Required Experience: Minimum experience of 2 + Years in Any Field Sales & Marketing

– Candidate should be comfortable working through Direct Sourcing

CTC Bracket: up To : 3.20 LPA

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

– Communication & Relationship Management.
