Job Description

As a Senior Territory Manager within the Direct Channel at PNB MetLife Insurance, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 10-15 on-roll sales professionals.

**Territory Development:**

– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
– Develop and execute territory development plans.

**Customer Relationship Management:**

– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
– Foster long-term relationships with clients.

**Talent Management:**
