Job Description
We are hiring a Territory Manager to drive agency sales and build a strong distribution network within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand agency network by recruiting quality advisors
- Conduct field visits to ensure effective sales execution
- Support advisors in lead generation and conversion
- Monitor performance and productivity of advisors
- Achieve business targets and ensure revenue growth
- Conduct training sessions to improve advisor performance
- Maintain excellent customer and partner relationships
Required Candidate Profile:
- Graduate
- 2+ years of experience in field sales
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
