Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with business objectives 
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams across India 
  • Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility 
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights 
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams 
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership 

Skills & Experience— 

  1. Minimum 2+ years work experience in any field sales  
  2. Graduation Compulsory   
  3. Customer relationship management skills 
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  5. Relationship Management Skill 
  6. Strong on integrity and open to new roles/responsibilities.
