Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager/Executive to manage sales operations and business growth in an assigned geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand sales within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure brand visibility and product availability in the territory.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales
  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of the local market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
