Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager/Executive to manage sales operations and business growth in an assigned geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand sales within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure brand visibility and product availability in the territory.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- Excellent communication, negotiation
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
