Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Territory Manager to expand our insurance agency network. This role involves team handling, driving field sales, and ensuring consistent business growth. Candidates with local knowledge and sales experience will be prioritized.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain a strong agent network across your assigned territory.
- Guide agents on business generation and customer handling.
- Conduct regular field visits to support and motivate agents.
- Drive monthly targets and policy issuance.
- Track team performance and deliver sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and standards.
What We Expect:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Should be from or well-acquainted with the Guwahati region.
- Comfortable with on-ground sales and team travel.
- Target-oriented and self-driven personality.
