Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Territory Relationship Manager to join our Agency Channel team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Build and lead a high-performing agency sales team
Provide regular performance reports and insights to upper management
Conduct joint fieldwork with agents and help them close sales.
Train new joiners and coach them for consistent sales
Monitor and review performance of the team on a regular basis.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales.
Good people and performance management skills
Passion for team building and driving revenue
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
