Location: Panagarh (Near Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman)

Salary: Up to ₹3.15 LPA + Monthly Incentives

Position Summary 
We are looking for a Territory Sales Associate in Panagarh to lead local sales efforts, manage advisor productivity, and drive revenue in the field. This is an on-roll position suitable for candidates who thrive in outdoor sales, have strong communication skills, and understand the local market.

Key Responsibilities 
Visit prospects in the Panagarh area to pitch products and close sales
Hire and train local advisors to sell financial products
Conduct joint fieldwork, provide on-the-ground coaching and support
Ensure advisors achieve sales targets and maintain quality standards
Maintain client follow-up, service support, and policy renewals
Submit regular sales and activity reports

Candidate Requirements 
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (Insurance, FMCG, or similar)
Must be a resident of Panagarh or nearby (Durgapur, Galsi, Rajbandh)
Strong field communication and customer engagement skills
Age Limit: 22 to 38 years
Comfortable with travel and target-oriented work
