Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to join our Agency Channel team and drive sales in your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and motivate insurance agents to enhance their sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide agents with up-to-date product knowledge and sales tools to effectively promote our offerings.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in field sale.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
