Job Summary
We are looking for a Territory Sales Executive to drive sales growth, manage advisor relationships, and expand business in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit advisors and build a strong sales network
• Achieve sales targets through agency partners
• Conduct regular field visits and client meetings
• Support advisors in lead generation and closures
• Monitor daily sales activities
• Expand business in the territory
Required Candidate Profile
• Graduation mandatory
• 2+ years of field sales experience
• Good communication skills
• Willing to travel
• Target-oriented
