Job Title: Territory Sales Executive
Location: Faridabad – Haryana
Job Type: Full-Time
CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA + High Incentives

About the Role :
We are looking for a Territory Sales Executive to manage agent networks and grow business in the assigned location through the life insurance agency channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage life insurance agents.
  • Drive business through the agency model.
  • Ensure agents meet monthly targets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and agents.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Minimum 2 years in field sales
  • Strong local market knowledge
  • Effective team and client management skills
