Principal Duties:
Oversee and assist a group of sales representatives.
Reach growth goals and company aims by region.
Create and put into action local sales tactics.
Establish trusting bonds with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
Keep an eye on competition activity and market developments.
Update senior management on performance on a regular basis.
Experience & Qualifications:
Completion of graduation is required.
one or more years of marketing and sales experience in any industry.
3+ years in a home or native environment.
leadership ability to motivate a group of people to achieve company objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and agents.
