CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Territory Sales Executive to handle life insurance sales operations. The role is ideal for individuals who can manage field recruitment, agent activation, and local business development efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit agents from target markets and provide onboarding
– Train agents on insurance plans and sales pitch
– Monitor daily field activities and business reporting
– Conduct client meetings and sales presentations
– Help agents achieve their sales and policy targets
– Coordinate with branch office for support and documentation
Candidate Requirements:
– Graduate in any stream (required)
– Minimum 2 years of field sales
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Must be based in or near location
