Job Description

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within a specific geographic territory by building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing a strong sales strategy!

Responsibilities:-

  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • .Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive repeat business and referred.
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking to expand the customer base within the territory.
  • Develop a sales strategy for the territory, including account planning, territory segmentation, and resource allocation.

 

Candidate requirements:-

  • Any local candidate
  • Any graduate
  •  Experience :- field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
  • Age:- 21-38 years
