Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated territory, developing relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Locate and approach potential new agency partners.
• Establish and preserve connections with agency partners.
• Provide product training and sales techniques to agencies.
• Examine agency performance and market trends.
• Keep track of documents and write reports regarding company growth initiatives.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree.
• All set to go and meet with agents and clients.
• Age bracket: 21–38.
• Experience: a minimum of one year in BFSI and insurance sales and marketing.
• The candidate must be local.
