- Regularly assess agent performance and modify strategies to drive improved business results.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years in sales, recruitment, or agency management.
- Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license for fieldwork.
- Local candidates with in-depth knowledge of the region are preferred.
- Open to graduates passionate about sales and recruitment.
