Job Description

A territory sales manager is responsible for sales in a specific region or territory. They manage sales teams, create sales strategies, and build customer relationships.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Graduate degree mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing in any stream.
  • 3+ years in native or residential.
  • Experience in sales and sales management
  • Ability to solve problems

Responsibilities

  • Set sales goals, create sales plans, and ensure sales targets are met
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, resolve complaints, and provide solutions
  • Manage and train sales representatives, and supervise support staff
  • Research market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop sales strategies
  • Analyze sales data, create sales reports, and provide feedback to sales managers
