Job Description
A territory sales manager is responsible for sales in a specific region or territory. They manage sales teams, create sales strategies, and build customer relationships.
Preferred Candidate:
- Graduate degree mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing in any stream.
- 3+ years in native or residential.
- Experience in sales and sales management
- Ability to solve problems
Responsibilities
- Set sales goals, create sales plans, and ensure sales targets are met
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, resolve complaints, and provide solutions
- Manage and train sales representatives, and supervise support staff
- Research market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop sales strategies
- Analyze sales data, create sales reports, and provide feedback to sales managers
- Train sales representatives on Service and business processes
