The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth within a specific region. This role involves recruiting, training, and leading a team of financial advisors to meet sales targets and ensure overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Provide consistent support, guidance, and coaching to help advisors succeed.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals, identify new opportunities, and enhance sales performance.
- Analyze market trends to understand customer needs and assess competition.
- Create tailored strategies for agents to target and engage key customer segments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A graduate degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing (in any industry).
- Minimum of 3 years of residential or native experience in the region.
- Strong leadership skills to drive team performance.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities with both agents and clients.
