Job Description:
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth within a specific region. This role involves recruiting, training, and leading a team of financial advisors to meet sales targets and ensure overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide consistent support, guidance, and coaching to help advisors succeed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals, identify new opportunities, and enhance sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends to understand customer needs and assess competition.
  • Create tailored strategies for agents to target and engage key customer segments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A graduate degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing (in any industry).
  • Minimum of 3 years of residential or native experience in the region.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive team performance.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities with both agents and clients.
