Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by developing a team of financial advisors and implementing result-oriented sales strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Provide necessary coaching and guidance to the team.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities.
  • Strengthen client relationships to enhance business growth.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • 3+ years in native or residential.
  • Strong sales and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
