Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by developing a team of financial advisors and implementing result-oriented sales strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors.
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Provide necessary coaching and guidance to the team.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities.
- Strengthen client relationships to enhance business growth.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- 3+ years in native or residential.
- Strong sales and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
